Print

Affinity has a unique printing footprint, with both Large and Small Offset Litho print capabilities. We offer a 6 colour print process (Low Migration, Conventional and UV) with finish and effects. This means we can support your full portfolio and offer great cost benefits for both your most popular and more niche profiles.

Equipped with state-of-the-art printing technology, we ensure that your designs are translated onto cartons with unparalleled precision and vibrancy. Our printing process guarantees high-quality graphics and crisp text, creating packaging that not only protects but captivates your target audience.

Cut

Precision is key when it comes to creating packaging that fits your products perfectly. Our cutting technology ensures accuracy and consistency in every carton produced. This step is crucial in guaranteeing that your products are not only secure but also beautifully presented.

Finishing & Gluing

The final touch in our process involves gluing expertise that bring all the elements together. We understand that a well-constructed carton not only protects your products but also enhances the overall unboxing experience for your customers. Our wide ranging kit mean we can offer a wide range of finished cartons including crash lock, straight line and 4/6 corner trays.

Forming

As a result of recent investment, we are now able to offer fully bespoke and branded paper cups and multi-functional formed trays. Here at Affinity, we have always been conscious of making strides towards a more sustainable business and with our new machinery we can offer eco-friendly alternatives to plastic cups and punnets currently on the market.

We can produce plain or branded, 8-22oz single or double walled cups completely in house and plain or unprinted formed trays to bespoke dimensions.

Food Service

As part of our new venture, we are now producing a wide range of catering and on-the-go food service packaging. Supplied to small businesses and large, nationwide events alike, these can be provided plain or printed to your custom design on our Digital Press.
